I have a passion for people. My first memories are of a super chatty, cheerful and energetic little girl. I never lost these qualities, but over the years I have also learned how to combine them with the right amount of empathy, resilience and determination.

I moved from a small Italian town to London when I was 24, and I immediately fell in love with a city that allows you to be, do and have whatever you want. At the very beginning of my professional career the possibilities were endless and the limits were only in my mind. Since I always had an interest for business and entrepreneurship I decided to climb the corporate ladder, moving from one company to another and working in different areas, from customer service to sales, operations, account management and area management. Needless to say it was not easy, especially at the beginning the working hours were very long and the rewards very little. With the years I grew a lot professionally and personally, but I also experienced what it means to struggle with work and life balance, not having enough time for anything outside work and utilising the weekends to rest before starting another stressful week.

In parallel with my professional career, about 10 years ago I started to mature my interest for personal development. Before even noticing I found myself reading lots of books about psychology, motivation, spirituality, self-help, interpersonal relationships, as well as business, leadership and management. What I was learning was never enough and it was feeding my curiosity about people and the importance of continuous training in order to know, understand and improve ourselves and our life.

Then coaching came. It started by chance, when a friend suggested me to go to an introductory event about a coaching diploma, telling me that I would like it, that it would be suited to me. And she was right, I loved it to the point that I enrolled to the course the next day, and since then I never stopped thinking about it, talking about it and working on it. I love coaching because it combines my passion for people and personal development, and it gives me the opportunity to make a difference in someone’s life and allow people who want to change to dramatically transform their existence.

Thanks to my background and experience I have chosen to coach mainly Managers and Business Owners and help them with their work-life balance, performance and self-discipline, helping them in whatever they would like to pursue from a career point of view to a more personal one. I feel I relate to them and know them enough to be able to know their daily struggles and dreams.

Some random facts about me: I don’t have a TV, I’m obsessed with cleaning, organising and drinking water, I’m scared of heights, enclosed spaces and dentists, I had laser eye surgery, I watch Dragons’ Den every day (on my phone) because I think it’s brilliant, I never skied in my life, throughout my life I practised various sports including swimming, volleyball, athletics, and now I’m a runner currently training for a marathon, I never broke a bone, when I was 2 I swallowed a 40 mm stainless steel lost head nail, I don’t like lamb, I like lists.
